New version of GPCC Monitoring precipitation data

The DWD has released a new version 4 of the GPCC Monitoring product, that is now on ICDC:

Based on the recent update of GPCC's Global Precipitation Climatology (V. 2011) with focus on the period 1951-2000 based on climatological normals of ca. 67,200 stations a new version of the Monitoring Product (Version 4) has been recalculated for the period since January 2007.
