OSI-SAF Sea Ice concentration Version 2

We have updated the OSI-SAF sea ice concentration data set. It now covers the period until September 2009. It has been completely re-processed. In particular, the uncertainty estimates, which suffered from a software bug, have been re-processed and enhanced. For more information contact Stefan Kern.
