Soil moisture from Eumetsat ASCAT updated

We have updated the soil moisture data set that has been provided to us from IPF TU-Wien. Now this data set is re-processed and covers the period January 2007 to August 2011. Similar to our first release we computed 5-day composites of the original swath data (which are also available on request). We also removed a bug in our first compositing routine.
