We now get every night the GFS predictions of 0h for the next 180 hours. You can have a look on the GFS visualization with the LAS-Server. We keep the data of the last 7 days. If you need older data, use reanalyses instead.
From now on there will be a regular maintenance slot for adding new data sets and features to our data base on every Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.
You can still use our data center during this time frame, but some interruptions...
A Validated temperature and salinity data set of the global ocean with more than 4 million temperature and salinity profiles is now available. This data product is provided by our ICDC member Viktor Gouretski.
File system access to our data sets within the ZMAW network was only possible on Unix computers (through /data/icdc). From now on you can also access these data sets under Windows by mapping a network drive to \\scratch1\icdc ....
The JRA-25 reanalysis is now presented on ICDC. Data are free for scientists with registration at JMA. Now they are also intern accessible via the file system for ZMAW users with registration at ICDC.
